SkyLARC Technologies through the University of York which coordinates
a major European Framework 6 project which is developing High
Altitude Platform technologies and applications.The CAPANINA Consortium is made up of 13 partners
(approximately 60 personnel), with York specialising in broadband

Technologies will exploit the IP generated at York.
