We are developing packaged technology based on our intellectual property
(IP), specifically focused on solutions for
broadband communications from aerial platforms. We license this
technology to our customers. This provides the customer with value added, highly
processed solutions, ready for direct incorporation into larger products.
The primary benefits to the customer are:
Reduced R&D requirements
Reduced time to market
Continued support through our advisory strand from the original
developers of the technology.
Examples of packaged technology
Reference Designs - Our designs are based specifically on
our IP (e.g. patents) and relate to several stages of the design
process. For instance they can relate to top level system design,
a piece of hardware, or can even be designs relating to devices such
as ASICs, FPGA cores, DSP code etc.
Algorithms - These will support our IP or implement the product or
process.
Patents - For some of our IP the most appropriate route is
development direct by the customer.
